Orane International, Dwarka started with minimal Google Ads presence. Over 12 months (Feb 2025 to Feb 2026), Meegan Media scaled the account from near-zero performance to 689 conversions — an increase of 652 conversions, representing an extraordinary 1,762% growth in lead volume at a controlled ₹412 per conversion.
